    It’s better than the other way around; when Rich Hall was on the show, Paul wouldn’t stop interrupting him. As good as Paul is, it’s better when he remembers that the show is about the guest. As long as the guest is a comedian and not crap, of course . . .

    Merton was good fun on Room 101, laughing away with the guests and such. It seems as though he employs a totally different “personna” on HIGNFY.
