i did 40 trips and got 5 items lol the following: ahrim robe bottom, ahrim hood, verac skirt, guthan legs, and… something else lol and like 4.3k chaos and about 800-900 death with 4k mind and i dont use prayer pots

the drop is based on how many kills you get and how fast you do the run so the more kills you get the better drop you get so you want lots of kills fast
how many kills do u get before you open the chest?
and does more kills mean better chance of a good drop?
Its random, and in my opinion, you got lucky. I did 35 chest loots before i got Verac’s Helm
you should do a vid of a whole run for you
